Sales, marketing and full event management

The venue

Remenham Club sits on the Berkshire bank at Henley, opposite the regatta enclosures. It was founded in 1909 by seven rowing clubs, Thames Rowing Club among them, and it is still owned by its members.

For five days each summer the club is at the centre of Henley Royal Regatta. For the rest of the year it is a clubhouse, a lawn and a stretch of river within reach of London.

What we run

Remenham is a new appointment. We have taken on the events side of the club — enquiries, viewings, contracts, suppliers, staffing and delivery — with a named OMB team the committee can reach.

Regatta week is the exception that shapes everything else. Members' access during Henley was never on the table, so the commercial calendar is built around it. What we sell is the other fifty weeks.

The committee sees the diary, the pipeline and the numbers in writing, on its own meeting cycle, and holds the supplier terms we work to.

What the committee says

TODO_TESTIMONIALNothing to quote yet — the appointment is new. Once the first season has run, a quote from the chair or a committee member on what the fifty-week programme changed, and on regatta week being protected. With name and role.
